Simplified Guidelines

1. Short-term lease or rental of homes is not permitted.

2. Park in designated stalls or your driveway only. No parking on roads, sidewalks or lawns. Trailers and recreational vehicles are to be parked in the area east of the lower common area.

3. No overnight camping, tents, or open fires allowed on any common areas.

4. No noxious, offensive, or illegal activity on any area of the property.

5. Pets in the common areas must be supervised by the owner. Clean up after your pet immediately.

6. Keep common areas free of your belongings when you are not using them. Of course, no littering.

7. The Board must approve all building improvements, landscaping, or external remodeling of homes.

8. No illegal or hazardous substances may be kept anywhere.

9. Use of ATVs or snowmobiles is restricted to entering or exiting the property.

10. Limit vehicle speed to 5 MPH, there are many children in the Cottages.

11. Common areas may only be used for the enjoyment of the owners and their guests.
